I would like to preface my first Muffin Man Blog with this: I have little to no idea what I’m doing. I have had muffins, that’s about the extent of my expertise on the subject. In fact until today I can’t think of a time that I went out of my way to even eat a muffin, let alone review one. Albeit as a teenager those Little Debbie mini muffins were actually a staple in my diet.
